i had an account with littlewoods and had a lot of issues with them but on my first order with K & Co an order went wrong but they were quick to call me and correct it. it was fixed and delivered the very next day .

cant get statements right have to keep ringing up t query them whe my account is paid up i shall shop elsewhere

I have been with k and co for over twenty years now, and have been through two company name changes, Great Universal and Family Album previous to that, and I can tell you that the quality of service and delivery have never been higher in my view. Now with computers to track an order, view your statements and even pay online make shopping with K and co a relaxing and enjoyable experience. You can shop from one place and know you have quality items being delivered to your door and if for any reason you are not happy, you can return the goods via courier who will collect from your doorstep for an easier, smoother shopping experience. With extended payment plans you know you can easily cover the costs. I know im in my comfort zone when shopping with kandco. so thankyou for such a reliable service. EXCELLENT! As the title suggests, I've been shopping with KandCo for 11 years and they've earned my loyalty. Excellent customer service, easy and quick to use website. Could give an option to cancel the hard copy of the catalogue, (I don't think I've come across that if it does exist.) Would love to see them branch out into some more specialised areas like cycle gear/running gear, (with a bigger selection of technical kit) and the electrical side of things is often a lot cheaper elsewhere. Perhaps they could pass savings made from the cost of catalogues into that area and tempt people a bit more,..... ....... but even if they don't do any of the above I will continue shopping with them!
