very good service and delivered before the date i was told so all in all 5 star.....

I am a platinum customer and cannot find any fault with the service I have received from K&CO. The deliveries have always been on time, (sometimes even earlier than stated!). I have had no problems with the quality of the goods, Any returns I have sent back have been dealt with no quibble and no fuss. Large items have been delivered well packaged, and the delivery men have been very accommodating on where we would like the goods put. All in all I have always been very happy shopping with K&CO, and will continue shopping with them for a long time to come.

delivery is quick and the staff are helpful on the telephone for orders or enquiries. the only slight problem i have is that a lot of clothing items are not of as good quality as they look in the catalogue and the sizing is a bit misleading. i had some large items delivered and the delivery men had no idea how to get them into the house and i had to call my husband from work to help them

was very happy with kandco as a gold member, they made me a platinum member in June 2011 and have since not paid any rewards. Have made several expensive phone calls and sent e-mails but no response. would like rewards backdated.

i am very pleased with everything so far, delivery hasn't been great but apart from that everything is fine, I bought a barrel bag and when it turned up it was a lot smaller than what I expected, but it worked out fine, I'm still happy with it, so yeah, can't wait to buy more things!

find sometimes the quality of the clothes is not very good. sizes can be misleading on occasions. very prompt delivery and return service. staff are always polite and helpful, whatever the query or complaint.

Have shopped with Kays for about 30 years , it has always provided a good service and goods, Their bedding is of decent quality and i have always found something when looking. I don`t buy many clothes but have found a few dresses mainly because not many places do petite length but usually something to suit a 62years young person.
