The trouser from my last order are exactly what you said about them good fit stylish i will give them a five star. Top is different to what I am use to but yes i love it and had a lot of compliments on it another 5 star thank you K&co. i have shopped with kays since 2007 never missed a payment and in the last week i have been messed about something shocking i dont think i will shop with this company again im disgusted

delivery date 20 3 13 chair dispatched.now 23 3 13 where is it coming from,stayed in four days to no avail. 25 3 13 still no chair.

I ordered ten items, on line, on the sunday night. was informed they would be delivered to my local shop on tuesday. Got a text to my phone on monday lunchtime, telling me my parcel was ready to pick up. So popped along to collect. So from ordering to clothes home ready to try on, less than 24 hours!

They are very good in taking your money but when they have to sort out a problem they don't care at all. I have been shopping with them for a several years and seemed to be all right until recently when some mistake happened and my parcel was delivered by them to my old account address instead to the current one. I rang them and told them that they did an error and all they said was that because I placed the order online they can take responsibility where the parcel was delivered to and all its my fault. so I have to pay for something I did not get. I made a few phone calls and spoke to different customer agents. One of them told me they will investigate it and let me know what is going to happened next. That all happened December 2012 now is middle of March 2013 and I heard nothing from them.I am considering complaining to the financial ombudsman.

i just ordered a faux leather bed it arrived on the day they said it would i live in the channel islands. i have shopped with kandco for about 15 years and have allways found there service very good aswell as the people who answer our calls allways very polite helpfull and friendly.
