Two week before Christmas I ordered 4 clothing items and a Telephone. One week later when they had not arrived I phoned. Oh they were sent to wrong courier in wrong country and had been returned. Not the phone, it was still on order though delivery was delayed. Would I care to reorder clothing. .? Yes if you send speedily at your eexpenseSpenser,they are Christmas presents Expense. Oh sorry sir they are now out of stock. May I speak to a manager. I will try and get one to ring ou sir.4 days later another mail to say phone further delayed. Then email Christmas Eve saying dispatched . Dec 29 and still no phone.and still no explanatation as to why I am being treated as a leper. I vow not to tolerate this and I will take it further. Unforgivable behaviour considering I am years with them and have no payments due. The order was made due to an offer they made as I hadn't bought for a hike. Astonishing.

I have shopped from K & Co a number of times, all without any problems, although I know someone is just at the other end of the phone if I have any questions or queries. I would happily recommend this site.

I found them to be a good company to shop with and had a good selection of products to choose from in a variety of colours.

I ordered 2 x sofas as it stated in bold print "would be delivered by christmas" I have just been told that isn't going to happen...too late to get elsewhere...really upset as we have family travelling this year and nothing to sit on!!!

Absolutley a joke trying to get to talk to someone. I've emailed loads of times & you get a bog standard reply that your email has been passed on to someone to look into your email, then your left waiting & waiting for a reply. I managed to get through to someone who said they would call me. Oh they were true to their word...............but they just played music down the phoneline till they cut me off, then sent me a email to say they tried calling & if i wanted to have someone call me, i'd have to go throught the whole process again. Take your monies elsewhere. I am when i clear my account.
