I am affraid on this occasion I am quiet disappointed, after several phone calls and £14 worth of calls as you can expect I am not happy at all. When ordering two jackets I quoted a £30 off code,after receiving the items I returned them as they were not suitable. So I placed another order and was told the £30 would be applied to my new order when the two jackets were received. After the order arrived I called only to be told only one jacket had been returned and credited to my account! Which is impossible as they were both in the same parcel. Finally get through to customer service only to be told I had to wait 14 days before they could raise the issue with the courier. By then the code was out of date!! Which is why this review is not a good one.

Your customer service people are incompetent and their colleague do not have the bottle to correct mistakes. You just get caught up in an endless stream of emails and phone calls. Waste of time

I ordered several items in Dec 13 for xmas pressies. The promise was made that they would arrive before xmas. My bottle of after shave unfortunately did not arrive. I was given an apology and £10 credit on my account. Today is the 6 Jan 14, still no aftershave. I use Miad's for my collection point. Very helpful staff, always smiling. I asked if he had received a parcel for me. He stated that he had BUT he could not scan the parcel as the bar code was unable to be read by his scanner. Ergo he could'nt give me the parcel. A procedure i applaud. So no aftershave, no word from Kandco. Happy. No not realy.

I still haven't had a response to my query regarding a undelivered order. I don't think I will trust their guaranteed Christmas delivery again next year at all.

On an average I feel that K & CO does a great service, although at times their products can be quite expensive but I value the time they give back to make payments with no interest, that's a bonus in itself. Their delivery is quite fast and free another thing that I value, They are also very informative about customers payment by email and text which is quite useful in helping us to find out about payment due. I love shopping at K&CO and I will continue to do so in the foreseeable future because I feel valued; and trust they also look after their valued customers. I also love the fact that they give you back rewards which I am absolutely delighted as it helps towards making payment on my next purchase, yes a good company that looks after the customers interest.

Just before Xmas I ordered a Ring for my wife as an anniversary present, I was told that delivery would be upto 13/01/14, Our anniversary was 27/12/13, so was hugely impressed when it was delivered before Xmas in time for our anniversary!! Xtra brownie points from me to you for this Speedy delivery.

I have been shopping with KandCo for years now. It is my first port of call for all my shopping needs. I always have really fast delivery, and if I need to speak to anyone they are always courteous and friendly.

From first look up to delivery - everything managed and designed well. Easy to find and view product, easy to order, many payment and insurance options. Prices not too high, when you find sale, it's real bargain. Highly reccomended.
