Good service, cheap price, good client service
Good service, for a cheap price. Plenty of solutions, covering any need and any expense capacity. I only had one problem with the invoices, which took quite a while to be fixed (about 1 month). Anyway, I received proper assitance all the way to the solution, and finally it worked.

Fast, intuitive interface and responsive, kind customer service
Kamatera's customer care service is brilliant, responsive, and embodies the company's empathy for their customers. My experience so far is pleasant, the UI was easy for me to understand and I will keep using this service, as it gives me everything I need, and more.

Beyond expections - High performance and an excellent Service all round
In the business 28 years and I have run on other cloud services - We have had a total move here of over 25 servers, and based our decision on key factors such as 1) Service Support which is Fast and excellent and beyond expectations 2) Server structures and Dashboad control are easy to use and take away the headaches of detailed technical backend efforts and knowledge. 3) Easy scaling of servers 4) Assurance of daily Backups wihtout effort.

A Total Scam
A Total Scam The first time I signed up, they promised a 30-day free trial with a $100 credit, but it was limited to just one server. Isn’t it common sense that you can’t spend $100 on a single server in just one month? Then, they informed me that I needed to make a $10 deposit to activate my account, which I did. The second issue I encountered was when I ordered an Australian server but received an Indonesian IP address (Jayapura) instead. This happened consistently with all the servers I ordered. I realized that this was a scam when I tried to request a refund. A staff member asked me for my full credit card information via email before they could process the refund. This is the biggest scam ever!

I have been using it for about a year
I have been using it for about a year, everything is fine. The price is nice. The only time when I missed a payment was turned off, I immediately paid off the debt, and the activation lasted for about two days.

Solid Service
I have been running servers here for about 2 years and the overall service has been excellent. Support response times are on par or better than other providers I have used. Overall a solid service from a solid company.
