Beyond expectations
Beyond expectations, I was slightly worried to shift to their servers, but it was one of the bets decisions ever. Downtimes are minimal, support is easily accessible and our Account Manager "Oren Einstein" is simply outstanding. I'd recommend the server to everyone.

Confused service but good
Overall, I've had a good experience with the service and support-thank you for that. I signed up for the Windows Desktop 64-bit VPS under the 1-month free trial, but I noticed the OS provided was actually Windows Server 2016, not the Windows 10 Pro Desktop version I was expecting. That said, I reached out to support, provided a Windows 10 Pro ISO file, and they were helpful in installing a new VPS using that image-so I really appreciate their assistance. As a suggestion, I believe it would greatly improve the user experience if your service offered a true Windows Desktop 64-bit VPS option by default. Currently, the offering is labeled as a desktop version, but it's actually running a server OS, which may cause confusion for some users.

Complaint professionally resolved. Good service.
Positive experience with their account manager - Oren Einstein. Oren addressed my complaint in a highly professional and respectful manner. Oren clearly communicated and made amends for mistakes by their payment system, I received a full refund for months their payment system seems to have made a mistake. The technology offered by this company is of good quality and their fees are reasonable. Thank you for the service.

Great, Great, Great!!
Amazing service, amazing company and amazing people to work with! Oren, our account manager, recommended exactly the services we needed, did not try to sell us anything extra and was on top of every step of our migration, and is still checking in with us to make sure we're happy. The tech team is great, they migrated us from our previous hosting for free and addressed all our concerns. We're almost a year with Kamatera now, servers are fast, admin portal is powerful and easy to use with a lot of self-service options, but can always open a support ticket and they respond in no time. Only thing I regret is not moving to Kamatera sooner :)

Excellent customer experience
Helpful to a fault and very accommodating as it relates to the end clients' needs. Always readily available to provide consultation and guidance and friendly and engaging to deal with. Many can provide the same solution, not many can challenge their level of customer service.

I have a lot of experience with many…
I have a lot of experience with many and different hosting companies. The majority wants to lock you up for 12 months before you can leave, even when the service is mediocre! This company have not only great offers but also a try out period! Who does that now days? I will come back to them because the system, customer service and great product!
