We take fraud and fraud prevention very seriously, and when something suspicious is detected during payment, or when too many attempts to deposit fail, our system locks the account and requests verification. We are looking further into what actually happened on your account to understand why you think you were not warned (we always send many notifications before termination of services, related to the reason) and to sort the matter properly. Server price is based on your chosen configuration, and we offer two billing structures: you are charged according to the one you choose. When a user encounters login difficulties due to an IP address flagged as suspicious, it typically indicates an issue originating from the client's side. In such cases, we tend to recommend reaching out to the internet service provider for assistance. The simple solution however, is to use a fixed IP, which is what we generally advise. Team Kamatera

Hi Ahad, We would love to get to the bottom of this for you, but we will need a little more information...this is why we are sorry you declined our private request for more details. Hourly and monthly servers are billed differently, as is exceeding 5000gb of traffic, and these things are most likely unrelated-- but it is hard to say without studying the account history.
