KamateraReviews of kamatera.com

Quite possibly the best vps cloud service out there, IMHO. Take full control the moment you sign up with Kamatera through the account user control panel. This control panel is extensive and allows the user to switch your billing cycle; from hourly/monthly or vice versa, downgrade/upgrade your vps; make instant changes to your current vps set up, power on/off your vps, view your current usage, ...together with a vast array of other additional setting associated with your account. Kamatera support is also immediate accessable form with in the control panel, support is fast, reliable and really very responsive, and is available 24/7 in my experience. In summary, Kamatera is an excellent choice if you're in the market for a solid hands on and budget friendly vps cloud service.

Few times I needed help from Kamatera support team. Their response and resolution to my problems/requests was always very quick and personalized without extra pay for that. I also like how easy is to setup your virtual servers.

Oren is a thorough professional and goes above and beyond. Loved working with him at Kamatera

These guy are fantastic, spin up a server in less than 10 minutes, configure a sql database is less than 30 minutes. I messed up and lost my admin password, fixed in less than an hour. The support is fantastic and the servers are amazingly fast. You should not choose anyone else to host your projects!

Completely professional acting. Very high technical performance.

If you are tired of the headaches associated with other data center providers, then I recommend you try Kamatera. I have tried a variety of service providers that have similar offerings to Kamatera. One of the things that makes Kamatera stand out from the rest is I always know exactly what I am going to be charged and it is extremely easy to find this information. Furthermore, their dashboard makes it extremely easy to create a new Linux or Windows server. It is extremely easy to reconfigure a server, add a hard drive, or do other operations. Kamatera data centers are extremely reliable. I have never noticed any down time at all. The API they offer makes it possible for me to set up an application in Excel that tracks all my servers. I can also use the app to power servers on or reboot them just to mention a few of the available features. If I ever have a problem, they have great technical support that you can call or set up a support ticket. Amazingly, I have never noticed a wait time to reach technical support. They assign you an account manager, so you always have a real person to talk to if you need anything. I have been using Kamatera for years now and would wholeheartedly recommend Kamatera to anyone that wants reliable data centers that are easy to set up and maintain.

Great products and exceptional support. Very happy to trust them with our organizations infrastructure.

I’ve experienced the same billing issue with Kamatera for the past four months, and it has not been resolved despite repeated contact. Each month, I receive an automated notice stating that my account will be suspended due to non-payment. However, my account consistently shows a positive balance at the time these notices are sent. To avoid service interruption, I’m told to add additional funds. Only after doing so does support acknowledge that the notice was sent in error, which leaves my account with an even larger unused balance. This has happened every month for three consecutive months. When contacting customer support by phone, I’m repeatedly instructed to log into my account and open a support ticket instead of receiving assistance directly. This creates unnecessary delays and results in the same issue recurring without a permanent fix. For a hosting provider, recurring billing errors and the lack of proactive resolution are concerning, especially for live or production environments. The time spent correcting these mistakes each month has been significant. Based on my experience, Kamatera’s billing reliability and customer service did not meet my expectations.
