KamateraReviews of kamatera.com

I've been working with Kamatera for eight years. Initially, I explored several options, but their offer proved to be the most compelling in terms of service package and, more importantly, overall value. Yes, their services may seem a little more expensive, but this difference more than pays off: throughout our collaboration, all issues that arise—both technical and organizational—are resolved quickly and, most importantly, with an understanding of my needs. This approach saves me time, resources, and stress 😬

Thank you for your help, when we had trouble connecting to our account.

Kamatera delivers. Been running my windows VPS almost a year now, zero downtime, excellente perf, clear billing and reasonable pricing - excellent value if perf considered. Only tradeoff was one event requested support, all russians or alike, chopped english, Vladimir and alike on the phone. Besides that, immpecable experience

Continues to provide amazing service and value. I previously reviewed Kamatera two years ago after my first year. It was excellent then, and remains so to this day. The service itself remains rock solid and intuitive. The customer service also remains top notch. I recently had an issue that I created myself, and as usual Oren was available in a timely and courteous fashion to assist me with my need. The service is great, but the personal touch of having a dedicated account manager who always get my issues resolved (which have all been my own screw ups) is what makes me confident in recommending them to friends and colleagues alike. Thanks again Oren.

Where do I start with this company !!! 1, the speed of the server purchased was so slow and unresponsive it might as well not existed. 2, Customer service response times can take days and can provide inaccurate and incorrect information. 3, They issued me with the wrong password which meant I logged into another users account which contained all his photo ID etc, a serious breach of GDPR. 4, Then eventually running after a number of days of waiting for responses, the server speed was so slow it was none existant, I use VPs for Forex trading and this platform is SOOOOO unreliable there's no way in a million years would I actually use it for live trading purposes. I wasn't able to run a simple MT5 test programme and the connection to my laptop was intermittent at best so rendering it unusable. I do not rate this service provider in any way and they only get 1 star because you can't review without a rating otherwise it would of been a zero. Avoid at all costs Update 21-10-25 Having seen the response from Kamatera I logged into my dashboard to retrieve my complaints tickets so I can post them on here....guess what......surprise surprise they have been deleted........lets say know more eh ;-) ;-)

The support team responded promptly, demonstrated a clear understanding of my query, and provided effective assistance in a timely manner.

In my original review I gave 1 Star, because there was a severe lack of communication which lead to my account being locked for one month and my server with everything on it getting delete without a warning or anything else. Not going to repeat the entire story in this review update, but it's TL;DR was: "Offering a service, disabling it for imo very insignificant reasons, having it that difficult to unlock / taking insane measures by locking it and for the unlock process, and then having the audacity to just permanently DELETE your work, and the worst thing of all, WITHOUT ANY further notice whatsoever! This just can't happen!" After that review, they reached out to me and we talked for a bit to set things straight. They listened to my problems again and confirmed they were not just me-problems but also on their side. While the whole situation still was really bad, I appreciate them talking to me, offering a temporary discount and saying they really are taking in feedback and trying to fix problems like these. So; From 1 to 3 Stars. I hope they really do update needed systems so things like this never happen again. But until then, be warned: 1. DO NOT enter invalid credit card information for billing more than 3 times! 2. DON'T wait for more than a month when your Account is locked, because your server will (at the moment) be deleted without any notice or anything. 3. If you don't get a confirmation E-Mail that your support Ticket got opened and you should wait for a reply, try resubmitting them or resend emails until you hear back from them (/their automated system at least)! That's all I had issues with. The service itself (when being able to use it) really is quite good as is. So if you decide to go with Kamatera, I hope you're not falling into the same traps as I did and: Good luck!
