`I purchased a beautiful watch the first night of our Royal Caribbean cruise. Jody helped me with the purchase, and also showed me some other items that i did not want to buy. Anytime during my cruise when i went in the store again, she never hounded or hassled me to purchase anything from her. One morning I saw her, waved, and said i'd be back later. I went back later to purchase beautiful pink sapphire jewelry. When I came back, she was on break, so the store manager was going to help me. I told him no, I'd rather wait for Jody so she gets the credit. I appreciated him so much when he said Jody would get the credit for this sale. We agreed on a price and I purchased the jewelry. Two days later, I picked up the certificate of authenticity. It was a smooth and easy transaction. Thank you so much Jody and the gentleman store manager (i am so sorry I forgot your name). I absolutely love my ring and earrings. Thank you so very much!!!

When I called about my ring, someone actually answered the phone. They were pleasant and very helpful. The person told me what I needed to do, sent me the proper paperwork, told me the estimate and time frame for the repair. Everything went exactly as she said it would. I am very happy with the my phone ing. I would not hesitate to purchase another piece of jewelry from them.

I bought a rare unheated tanzanite and diamond ring, absolutely beautiful, I purchased this ring on Iona P & O for £2,800.00 in 2022, I have today had revalued and the valuation is now £5,600.00 not that I have any intention of selling it, but I am very pleased as this will be passed down to my only granddaughter in due course. Beautiful pear shaped stone surrounded with brilliant cut diamonds 14k white gold beautiful.

Mo, my customer service rep was extremely helpful. She helped me as soon after I dialed their number. The hallmarked pendant was purchased on eBay and the stone fell out and Kallati replaced for a reasonable amount. It came back absolutely brand new. Thank you so much.
