Always thanks to your support!!

Thanks you Archita at Kadence, for helping out with an issues that was bugging me. Turns out id pressed the wrong button and Archita soretd ti for me and explained in a simple manner how she had taken care of it. Great support, ive used various builders/themes over the years and I must admit, im very impressed with both the speed to reply and the fact you are speaking to a real human. Great job.

We've been using the Kadence WP (pro) theme for our company website, and it has been nothing short of excellent. The theme consistently delivers high performance, with no major issues at all. Any minor concerns we've had have been resolved quickly and effectively. It's very user-friendly. You don't need any coding experience. I find it very intuitive and the design options are easy to navigate, which has saved a lot of time and effort. There’s even a design library full of individual blocks and pages should you need them. It’s also lightning fast and dramatically improved our page speed scores. This made a noticeable difference for both user experience and SEO. There's a great feature for conversions. Our business is seasonal, and with Kadence, we’re able to create an entire year of CTAs and reminders in advance. It’s truly "set it and forget it." Just brilliant. Once, my company accidentally created a new account during a billing transition. Erin Moriah from Kadence personally reached out to understand why we "left." This personal communication not only cleared up the misunderstanding but the interaction reinforced that Kadence cares about its users and their experience. In addition they often add and improve features. It’s clear they are always working to make their product better. It feels like they genuinely listen to user feedback and want to ensure everyone gets the most out of their platform.

I had a problem that I thought was related to the Theme, the Support Team found it and gave me their help even though it was not their problem. Very much grateful for this.

I am shocked by the high quality of them support. I don't think I have ever encountered such good customer service before.

The products are fantastic, truly the best for Wordpress. Support is exceptional as well. Five stars are not enough!

Shane understood my issue and was able to suggest possible solutions immediately. And they worked :)
