I've been dealing with the incompetence…

I've been dealing with the incompetence of KadenceWP since they took over SolidWP. They ignore tickets that you create and have still not resolved the issue of not being able to locate my licences and this message has been on my portal since June - We're aware that some Solid (iThemes) Lifetime subscriptions and Iconic Subscriptions are temporarily missing from accounts. Our team is restoring them - no action needed. Reach out to support if you have questions. - This company cannot be trusted at all.

I wanted to follow up personally to make sure your concerns were seen and heard, and to reassure you that we are aware of the display issues affecting these plans within the new account pages. The notices currently displayed on these accounts were intended to provide transparency and let customers know that we are aware of the issue and actively working to migrate these accounts properly. We understand that this process has taken longer than anticipated to ensure the account details are migrated accurately rather than rushing the process and potentially creating additional issues. I also see that a member of our Support team responded to your ticket shortly after it was submitted with clarification on where you can currently access your plan details and downloads. I can also see that our team has responded to each of your support tickets. That said, I completely understand that having access to this information through the new account experience is important, and that the current situation has not provided the experience you expected. Your license details, product downloads, and support access remain available through your original MemberPanel account. You have not lost access to your products or support while this migration work is being completed. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understand the inconvenience this has caused. We are here to help, and I’m happy to keep an open line of communication through your existing support ticket to make sure you have what you need while we continue working toward the updated account experience.
