my dog food arrived quickly, it was in great shape.. my dog loves it.

I use to use Chewy but they're not carrying alot of products now that I use, one being Acana Heritage, my sheps love this food, do fantastic on it so I'm now ordering it from K9 Cuisine. I have been thrilled with their customer service, their prices, food is fresh ( check by date on bag) I will continue to use their services/products and I can highly recommend them.

Went smoothly. Only thing lacking was info about the products’ expiration dates when ordering. Fortunately everything ordered will not expire for 12 months which is acceptable.

I was a long-time customer of Chewy, and didn't know what I'd do when they stopped carrying Acana. So lucky that I came across K9Cuisine! Their prices are very competitive and delivery is fast. Best of all, though, is their customer service. I was already impressed after Margaret had helped me on the phone a few weeks ago. Then she called me yesterday after noticing a problem with a change I'd made to my Autoship. The way it was set up, I'd have been charged for shipping. She had noticed that and had a suggestion for synching my orders to get free shipping. I felt like I was shopping in a local mom-and-pop store rather than an impersonal internet store.
