Still have not received my package!
Still have not received my package!! Shipping time is way too long!! My dog would've starved by now. Also should not have to log in all the time to track shipping. Simplify your tracking method. Probably will not order from here again.

Open bag of food delivered
The puppy food that I received was open, the bag had come apart at the seam. It looks fresh, but I was not happy about it being open.

first order with this company. they only ship ups...ups smart post would have to be used for me as it is my only mailing address. unfortunately that could not happen. someone was good enough to contact me and cancel the order, but this company is much too limiting for me.

I needed the dog food and ordered about…
I needed the dog food and ordered about 3 days before I needed it. In past, the companies from which I have ordered got it to me in AT LEAST 3 days. But your company took 6 days - because UPS doesn't pick up on weekends! Better get a different carrier!!!!
