I love K9 Cuisine and am a loyal customer. My ONLY criticism is this: I am a senior citizen - so far, so good. I always order the largest bags possible so I don't run out - winter ain't that far off - so far, so good. BUT when #2, 34-pound-bags are put into ONE BOX I liked to die getting my hands under this box to even lift it over the doorsill let alone push it inside with my legs. No way can I lift it! I know it costs more if each bag would be boxed separately but Boy, Howdy! That's my only complaint and I will always order #2 bags at once so I know my pups will always have enough food and one bag doesn't qualify for free shipping; kinda Catch 22..

I love K9 Cuisine because I can order the dog food I want with ease. Because the only local store nearby doesn't carry the size bags I want and often sells out, this is a great option. Ships quickly, arrives in decent shape and in the right size box. Could not be better.

Easy to order from website and product (Orijens dog food) was delivered when promised.

Supposed to have been delivered on Saturday. They do not normally make deliveries on Monday but because it didn’t get here on Saturday I got a special delivery on Monday. I decided that was awesome service !
