My dog loves the treats, but one bag was torn open inside box and had to be thrown away.

Ad for K9 Cuisine dogfood I searched for on Google said free tax and shipping. When I checked out, tax was added. I sent an email asking about that and the reply said that they don't know how Google ads work but they always add tax.

Food got here on time. However, it did not agree with my dog. Complicated return policy. Plus they deduct over $7. for each case returned. Also would not accept unused cans not in original box. Good company as long as you don’t need to return something.

Order was Placed on a Wed, and received the following Wed. A bit longer than I thought from your advertising. Also found the same brand/size for 10% cheaper locally. On the fence about purchasing again. Thanks, Marc

Very first order, and I received the wrong food. Immediately called customer service, they were apologetic and stated they would ship the correct food out the next business day. My pup cannot eat the food I received, so I will be donating to a local shelter. I have not received the correct food yet, but should receive in the next day or two if it shipped as promised.

Price was the best I could find, but delivery was slower than I'm accustomed to. If I order again, I'll need to plan way ahead.

The staff was very helpful because I ordered the wrong dog food. However, I was surprised they wanted me to pay for shipping twice. By the time I would have paid all the shipping, I would have nearly paid for the bag of food. So I donated it to the local ASPCA.
