Fast shipping, great price, and dogs loved the free treats that came with the food

fast delivery and efficient!

Never received my dogs food. This was not K9 Cuisines fault as they had shipped it promptly. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday it wasn't until Thursday that it was marked as delivered and I never received it. I called fed ex couldn't get a human. I called K9 Cuisine got they're voicemail. Then I called my bank and spent a half hour of my time filing a claim to get my money back at least. Just as I was wrapping up with my bank K9 Cuisine called I told them what happened and asked if they could overnight it at they're expense. This was Friday and I was told they couldn't re ship until Monday. I told them I had already filed a claim with my bank.The representative asked me to reverse the claim and assured me my money would be refunded immediately. I called the bank and reversed the claim on good faith.The representative did not do as she stated my money was not refunded as of the time I'm writing this review three days later. Now I have to spend another half hour on the phone with my bank to get my money back.Long wait for a product I never received and dishonest customer service representative. Not the type of people I do business with and they're lost because I am a loyal customer who would've given them business as long as they carried my dogs Acana.

Shipped free and quickly as promised. Will continue to use them as I have in the past. Best deal for my type of dog food. Thank you 😊

K9Cuisine was the only place I could find the puppy food for large dogs by Orijen. Shipping was really fast. An easy, pleasant experience.
