So pleased with the excellent service. I needed the kibble in 2 days and since I ordered shy of delivery that day, she called warehouse to expedite my shipment. All arrived as promised. Thanks to all customer representatives. You have been so helpful and pleasant :))

I ordered Nutri-Source Puppy food + chicken and rice formula for small breeds. I waited a whole week for delivery and I did not receive what I ordered. It is Nutri-Source brand but, It is not the chicken and rice formula. My puppy is due to be delivered tomorrow, so I guess I will keep it and hope for the best. No packing slip in the box... Probably will look elsewhere in the future

I was initially hesitant to order my dog’s food and treats online but after ordering from K9 Cuisine several times, I can honestly say their service is great! All of my orders have been delivered quickly and the postage was free. So now, heavy bags of dry and canned food (and treats) have been delivered right to my door! That saves me time in shopping and carrying heavy items from the car. I do honestly recommend K9 Cuisine and I will continue to utilize their service.
