TRANSPARENT HONESTY IN REFUND

I was told I won the lotto 5 and won over $4000 and to pay $19.99 for them to make sure I'm not cheating. But instead they took $40 out and there is no lotto instead your signed up for online sales

I made a mistake and ordered more than one card and they were very nice and straighting it out

Request for refund processed, however not yet received 4 days later. This is the LONGEST it has ever taken for my bank to receive a refund and make the funds Available to me. Makes me think JVZOO is dragging out the refund process. I receive refunds from PayPal within hours of processing. Requested on 5/10/26. Not received as of 5/14/26.

The quick response with no hassel was excellent. Explodley is not nearly as profecient as JVZoo. I wish I had done business with JVZoo at first. I invested in a very good digital product but but payout setup was left out.
