my initial email was answered the same day which is impressive in the current state of customer service with most companies. I was asked to supply additional information which was processed and an email verifying my refund had been processed was sent within 48 hours. I have not seen the refund on my credit card yet, but I am hopeful it will appear within a couple of days.

My charges for AI Wealth were processed through JVzoo. When I requested a refund because there was misleading info on the initial website, JVZoo responded within 1 day and immediately refunded my 3 charges from AI Wealth. I give them 2 thumbs up 👍👍for such rapid response to my refund request. A well run organization.
