Lory & the JVZoo team quickly responded to my e-mail, requesting a refund for the 2 services I paid for and couldn't get to work properly. They refunded my money with great expediency, and noted that if I needed any further assistance, to not hesitate contacting them. Thank you, one & all.

I had to ask for support a few times before I finally got a response (hence 4 and not 5 stars) - although support did say that they responded from the outset, but I did not receive it for some reason. Nevertheless, once I started receiving responses though, the support was absolutely top-notch.

Since I don't deal in retail sales in any way, I made a mistake in joining your site. You handled my refund in a very quick and efficient way. Thank you and your Customer Service could serve as a model for other online sales organizations. Again, thank you for the prompt response.
