JVZoo.com was helpful and responded expeditiously. They are a third party to a company I thought I wanted to connect with. Unfortunately I saw red flags after I paid the company. I reached out to JVZoo.com in the AM and my issue was resolved while the sun was still up. Thank you JVZoo.comm!!!

JVZoo takes customer service seriously. When I requested my refund and show the proper receipts, I was refunded in a very timely manner. Although their platform sells a lot of stuff that probably isn't real they do stand behind there refund policies.

They refunded my money back right away with no problems and I didn't have to wait 24 hours for them to have to reply back to me. I appreciate the efficiency, but what I didn't appreciate was the deceiving method they used to get you to pay more money and more money after that.

Well,I'm not happy at all.Lotto ball 5 is how they hooked me.I seen in my text message there was a statement that said my # had been chosen i wasn't thinking that's for sure.So then they rolled the balls o and I got 4 out of 5 for 4726.00 oh yeah u bet from that point I needed to cough up 19.99 twice then they wanted 129.00 that's when I quit but they went ahead and tried to withdraw the 129.00 but my bank declined then 3 other companies one did get 105.00 but I called them evommenwealth they refunded my money the same day I called them the other 2 were declined I have canceled my debit card but these people are crooks.The company that gave me a refund had a phone # the other companies that were part of jvzoo had no phone numbers.The internet if u are blind they will take u to the cleaners.
