It was good. The only thing was, at the request of JVZoo, I had to wait 48 hours to see if the merchant would respond, even though I explained to JVZoo that it has been several days I had not heard from the merchant.

Once I see the refund this will be fully resolved. The customer service was right on top of the refund. I put the request in early this morning 8:00am and the affirmative response was made at 8:38am. I know it will take a week or 10 days to see the refund in my bank. Maria was the customer service representative - thank you for your quick help!
