I emailed the company to cancel my order 10 minutes after I placed the order. I did this because I had read that this company was a scam. They told me that I had to wait until I received the product to cancel. I wanted to cancel because I had just read that this company is a scam. I received the item and immediately emailed the address they told me to. I had to email them twice before I got an appropriate answer. They then told me that I had to contact the company that made the product, which I did. I never heard back from them. I contacted JVZOO again at their support line and they told me that they issued a refund. I waited another week and contacted my credit card company who told me they never were issued a refund. I called JVZOO and was disconnected 3 times. I finally got a person who looked it up and told me that I was never issued a refund. In order to receive the refund I had to return the product first. He gave me a RMA number and address to return it to. I now have to call him 5 days after I mail the product back to see if they issued the refund. Plus he told me that I had to make sure to call within 5 days because it was near the 60 days deadline. They're the ones that strung the time out. Susan Suchy

Thank you for the fast response. I am sorry, they don't explain the upgrade very well. I see where the 6 bottles was paid and confirmed. The extra 12 for $348 was the confusion. Thank you for Canceling and refunding the $348. Your Customer Service is Excellent.
