I made a rash decision to order a product without consulting the rest of my family. I requested a refund thinking there’s no way that it’s going to go smoothly. Lo and behold I was granted a refund with no hassle. Love a company that deals in positive ways.

The refund was much appreciated. However, the method used to share purchasing information was very confusing. It asks you to pay for the first offer, then, after paying, another, better offer is presented. You pay for that one thinking it cancels out the first transaction. that it didn’t, and, I then had to ferret out the double charge on my own was confusing and maddening. I do thank you for correcting my problem immediately. I now hope with all my heart that my steady and continuing mental decline can be helped.It didn’t the first time I tried it a few years ago. Wow, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Contacted JVZoo about my refund request that went unanswered by the vendor, asked them to bridge the communication between me and the vendor to solve the issue, and understood fully they aren't the ones that will issue the refund; the vendor will. Within half an hour, a refund was issued – totally mind-blowing with the result! They went way up and above what was expected. Thank you so much for your very fast response, something which I never experienced when dealing with other platforms. Much appreciated your genuine help!

I seldom refund products however recently I purchase a product from JV Zoo and it is very good other than it simply will not work for the applications I needed it to. I asked for a refund at 10:20pm and it was issued and notice sent to me at 10:27pm on the SAME DAY. I have never seen anything like this. Thank you very much. All my best, Paul Darby
