I was in dire need of a phone platform that supports SMS/MMS, and this is just what I needed and more. You can tell that the devs take good care of the system. The port from our old carrier was fast and seamless. 100% recommend. One thing I wish they add in the future is private annotations on SMS conversations.

This was a big switch for us moving from our current carrier and separate texting platform to JustCall for all our needs. The team and Bhoomika were great to work with. I recently moved my whole business over to JustCall, the only cloud based phone system that supports mobile numbers and SMSing in Australia. I've contacted customer support well over 20 times for help with various little things, sometimes quite technical, and every time I've been impressed with the speed and helpfulness of the reply. I'm very impressed so far!
