The support is amazing. The setup of a voice system is always trick and many small issues come up, especially with integrations, number porting, etc. Just call's support team was extremely responsive and helpful every time I needed. I talked with 3-4 different people and they all showed a real commitment to solve my problem and not only "close" the ticket. Regarding the platform, it is is great and it has the most fair pricing of the market. Additionally, the click to call Chrome extension is a very smart solution to avoid restrictions of softwares as Hubspot that forces an upgrade to the professional plan to unlock a very basic feature as the call button.

A software designed for Customer service teams with a useless overseas customer care team. This happens with you outsource the CS to other parts of the world. Software is full of bugs and the hardest part seems to make the customer care read emails properly instead of asking the same question over and over again with no clear solution. There are better alternatives out there.

Bhoomika from the JustCall porting team was fantastic. She helped port multiple local and toll free numbers from multiple carriers, had all the numbers set up in the system ready for me to assign and build and kept me up to date on all porting dates and details.
