JustCall is a brilliant service and platform for our business. We make and receive hundreds of calls every month an the platform accurately records every call and text message, made, received and missed. It's exactly what we needed. The service is exceptional by all the staff members we've worked with every time. They are quick to respond and pride themselves on solving any queries or issues. We were really eager to setup and use JustCall for our business. For some reason they refused to share, they could not verify our business and canceled our account. They would not allow us to reinstate our account nor would they tell us why it was closed. As a legitimate business, this is a big concern because obviously we need to know why we wouldn't be approved for an account or what was wrong so we could correct it or know for future softwares we now need to search for. Frustrating and unhelpful.

As for the platform itself it is a bit confusing to get started with initially and I wish they were more flexibe with the pricing specially for smaller businesses. Otherwise the platform works well and serves our purposes.
