JungleworksReviews of jungleworks.com

The project was deliver on time as promised earlier before the engagement. After sale service is also good plus 24*7 chat support is also available if technical issues have been faced and the chat representative solves the issue then & there.

I’ve been doing business with Jungleworks for about 1.5 years now, having used 3 of their products. The experience has been both good and bad. I’ve always liked their constant product upgrades and responsive support. There were issues with support and the project manager last year, but things have improved for me. The support channels work fine for us, whenever the operations has some issue, the chat support is helpful 9/10 times. I had two platforms with them and had to shut down one of the verticals due to some business decisions and market saturation in the vertical, i mailed them and my account was taken down within 7 days. I deleted my account from Tookan on my own and was not charged further. I have renewed my contract for the other vertical with Jungleworks in September last year, and did not feel the need to look elsewhere. Touching on issues faced, the project delivery was an issue at a point and i wrote to my account manager to help sort this out, it took a few days but the issues were ironed out. More power to Jungleworks!

Great working with JungleWorks team.

Jungleworks is a very good company. I have been there customer back in October 2019. The thing with software and technology is that for those who are not that tech savvy it can be sometimes consuming to be not able to set things up. Like domain purchase, SSL certificates, App store configurations, Icons and logos. At my first interaction with the sales team I was made clear that all these things were to be provided from my end. At that time I thought that it would be easy. But post the kick off I ran into trouble. To my rescue the delivery team helped me out. They had a session with me to make me understand how things work. Taking time out of there busy jobs. I especially thanks to the Panther team. Deepti Yadav and Arpit Gautam. These guys are awesome and they help you out going extra way. I see some negative reviews here I think there must have been some misunderstanding there. For me I go on the face value. If something looks good to me I dont listen to others and go with my intution. I would recommend them all the way.

Good company. Worked out for me well. No major issues until now. In the start it took time to understand the admin panels as there are lot of functionalities that you have to get used to. Pros: Very Active Team. Good products with many features. Cons: Can take sometime to get used to technology.

We have been dealing with this company over a year and they are worst. No way these positive reviews are genuine. DO NOT DEAL with these guys. You will regret it forever. By posting positive reviews they are just trying to improve their image. Instead they should attain to paid customers and resolve their issues.

We worked in the past with several companies from India, and we had always a hard time to align expectations. But I'm more than happy that I found Jungleworks! From having one of the best products with numerous features to the after delivery support, the team have always gone an extra mile. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the development cycle, and we were very pleased with the final product. One would be extremely unwise to overlook such a dedicated and professional team. Keep up the good work Jungleworks and I'm looking forward to a long partnership!

I own a food delivery company and I reached out to Jungleworks after I found them online. I was particularly interested in their product Yelo and after I got to know them more, I realized they have a complete suite of products that anyone in this industry is probably going to need. People who were assisting me very skilled and highly professional. We are not working live and Jungleworks is also helping me to market my platform now. All in all I was satisfied with the service.
