We have been using Tookan by…
We have been using Tookan by Jungleworks for a while, and overall it has made our delivery operations smoother. The platform is easy to navigate, and features like real-time tracking and task assignment save us a lot of time. Of course, there are areas that could be improved, such as occasional delays in notifications and the need for more customization options. But the support team is responsive and usually helps resolve issues quickly.
