Do not use this service. The service is bad enough, but the support is absolutely terrible. Worst-in-class support, if there is such a thing. Also, this service appears to be a complete ripoff of ShareTribe, but built using very low-cost, low-skill labor, apparently out of India. I was testing various services for a client. I came across JungleWorks, signed up for a trial, but quickly learned I needed to test some paid features. So I paid the $69, but my account stayed in trial mode. It took me several attempts of working with their support to get the issue resolved. It took DAYS. I ended up going with another service since they took so long. Now I am disputing the charge via my bank since JungleWorks wouldn't refund me. Also, just trying to CANCEL my subscription is proving to be a huge headache. There is no way to simply cancel on their website's Manage Account page. I have to, once again, jump through endless hoops via their terrible, terrible support team. I encourage users to submit JungleWorks (and related websites) to the FTC's consumer protection complaint website (you'll have to search for it, I'm not allowed to post links in my review). PS, obviously most of the positive reviews on here for JungleWorks are fake (just read them).

Very poor experience Have lost thousands of pounds. Stay away.. big scam.. they operate under different names and trick you into buying unusable products. We have been mis-sold the product and no way to get money back. Rude and unprofessional management and no route to escalation. The demo they show promises a lot of things and when you actually get the product it is full of bugs and not usable. Basic functions don't hang together. If you had a similar experience and had your money back or waiting to get your money back. please contact us

Extremely unprofessional set up. Customer service is nil. I have paid up five months back and still they haven’t been able to solve even preliminary queries. It is next to Impossible to get them on a call. They keep sending links and videos on how to populate the platform. And none of that really works. And there staff is the worst. I have been chasing them for the last five months to get the project of the ground. But no luck.

this company is a fake, i lost 2000 usd to them.. they can't deliver the apps which is promised, on top of that they will start charging you subscriptions with out deliverables,
