Jungleworks is well in terms of its products and services. I am a current user of Yelo and Tookan and the solution is itself amazing and easily configurable. The best part is the support I'm getting from the team

It's been 14 months our company is associated with Clicklabs aka Jungleworks. It's been a smooth ride so far, need some refinement on their add on features. Tech and cost wise its a better option then the rest.

They have a sharp "modus operandi". Apparently with bad intentions. Samar Singla the CEO of Jungleworks is fully in knowledge of the situation about all the Customer's complaints and how they are doing bad practices. This means that if you payed them for customizations exist a very hight risk of not getting the work done. You will loose your money or even whores, your patrimony. The US company that represents this brand in the USA is "clicklabs inc" which are under US federal trade investigation". You can Google it The modus operandi is the following: 1) Sales man will tell you that they can do any custromization you want. 2) Thay will quote for all the changes of the standard platforms 3) Some of those charges will be for supposedly changes allready in their systems and of course you will not know. The problem here is that they will charge fully for something is being reused maybe belonging to another customer. 4) They will work for a cuple of months but they will never finish any milestone at all. 5) They will start ignoring you. 6) It will be impossible to escalate the situation with somene with legal authotity. 7) You will ask for the refound and they will simply answer you from time to time with any solution. 8) Finnaly they will ignore you. 9) You will start searching fot more jungleworks customers reviews and you will notice that probably you have being fool. Excellent support service, they helped us throughout our journey, they have 24*7 chat support, you will get a response in a fractional time, recently they have launched a ticketing system(very efficient) wherein you can raise a ticket over chat support by adding your contact details and the issue, the action gets taken instantly and you get informed over email. Software: Excellent Customer Service: Exceptionally good Flexibility: 5 stars I can gladly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for an on-demand solution. Either the good reviews on here are fake or we've been a massive exception to the norm... The Jungleworks yelo platform, service & team are awful. Delivered 3+ months late after downpayment purchase and after being told it would be 2-3 weeks (which you'd expect if it was a copy&paste SaaS platform). Despite late delivery they still won't extend the contract to cover from when it was delivered instead of first payment. It includes features that you can activate but they aren't supported by the backend workflows so they don't actually work. Critically, they can't even explain the payment flows, what they should be & why they keep going wrong so it's been a nightmare correctly paying our vendors. Any minor support ticket gets closed once they send a response - which are often irrelevant, don't get close to answering the question, give exactly the opposite response to the last time you asked the question or simply refer you to the basic setup training video that you've watched repeatedly trying to work out if there's some magic step you missed. I could go on and on.... [update after JW response] we have been trying to work on a daily/weekly basis with various members of the JW team. None have been of help, most have left the business without resolving the issues.

Been a customer of JW for about a year now. Things have been decent so far, the product keeps getting enhancements and updates. Started with a marketplace and eventually integrated the delivery management software as well. The delivery software is great and super flexible with other third party softwares as well. I did face challenges while raising support related issues but the new ticketing system is a sigh of relief. Good to be able to track your issues. Anyway, I recommend this software to people who are genuinely looking to scale their business. Pretty economical pricing as well.
