My trampoline came the box was tore up. Parts missing contacted costumer service. We will pick that one up and send you another one. They never picked it up and never sent another one My grandson never got his workable Jumpzylla. Had to buy another one This junk one is still in my garage !

The ease of ordering the trampoline and a great price! It was delivered in a timely fashion and we were able to put it together in about 2 hours! The design of the trampoline is fabulous!

We have the 12 ft and the whole family loves it. My children love jumping on it! The construction is solid, the entrance is secure, and the mat has great bounce quality. One of the best purchases we ever made for the kids!

When I received the product from FedEx, I noticed that the box was in shambles which was an immediate read flag to me because there was no way that this was a new trampoline with the condition that the box was in. I called customer service to express my concern and ask for a replacement and they reassured me that the parts inside would be fine and that the box may have been damaged by the carrier during shipping. Well just as I suspected, when I finally opened it on Christmas eve to put it together for my kids, there were missing parts and several scratches on the polls that could have only be caused from it being used. Wierdly enough, some of the parts were even wet when I took them out of the box. Now i have to cram all of the parts back into an already defunked box and get this thing returned and a refund. It's absoluetley rediculous that this company would even send a used product out. Will never buy from them again. Stay away.

The trampoline was put together following the instructions and literally turned into a taco in front of our eyes. Don’t buy this, it’s flimsy and not safe. They don’t want to honor their warranty. Big waste of time and money. Complete dissatisfaction!

contacted Jumpzilla a week ago asking for the dimensions of the box they ship trampoline in. Sent an email and no answer, so I called the number they had on website which stated to call if you had any questions. Guy that answered said he had seen my email so i said "can i get an answer". His reply was that he did not know. I wanted to transport the box to my granddaughter in another state for her birthday so i needed to know the size. If they dont want to answer then why all the contact info. All you have to do is take a tape ruler and measure it. Obviously, they are not on here to sell trampolines. Customer service sucks

I had this $600 trampoline for one week. We had a windy day. Not a storm just some wind (probably 15-20 mph). We staked this down with what they provided. Guess what it blew over!! Reached out to the company and all they can do is give you $100 off if I buy another trampoline from them! 😂 I’m not that dumb. If it can’t withstand a little wind with what they provided, I will put my money with another company. I was reading a few reviews on amazon and this seems to happen frequently but a few customers got a brand new trampoline delivered to them, no charge!! (This is what made me think I need write a review) Talk about not treating all customers the same. I was even willing to buy a new surround from them but guess what, they don’t sell replacement parts only new trampolines!! Stay away from them. Thanks for ruining my grandkids birthday jumpzylla!!!

I have been trying unsuccessfully to buy replacement parts from this company for weeks. They have no phone number and only give an email address. I have sent four emails and the response that comes back is a garbled mishmash of letters on top of letters that are unreadable. Something bizarre happened today. I opened a response that I could actually read from them and basically it said “we’re sorry about your problem. We need your order number and photos in order to solve your problem” I did not send an immediate response to that email and the next time I clicked on it, it was once again a mishmash of letters on top of letters, completely illegible.The address the email came from was also a combination of jumbled letters. I don’t know how they stay in business. There’s absolutely no customer service. I only needed replacement parts. I don’t have a problem that I want them to solve. My problem is that a bear tore up my trampoline and I need to get new netting and poles. How hard is that? Apparently impossible.😡
