The trampoline came as ordered, was easy to put together by myself, and has offered fun for the children while remaining extremely safe.

I did really enjoy getting my kids this trampoline as they have been wanting to use it every day lately. It is great for family, fun, and has safety with the net which I definitely appreciate. I do wish that the net was a little stronger because the bottom parts of it have ripped already, and some of the legs are bent inward due to heavier winds in our area.

We purchased a trampoline for our kids for Christmas. They absolutely love it. It’s large enough to fit several kids and the quality is good. We did receive the wrong size matting for around the springs. We emailed customer service and received a reply. They ended up sending us different parts intended for another customer and we are still waiting to receive the correct matting size for our trampoline size.

Easy set up. All parts were in the box. My kids love it. I needed something sturdy because we get a lot of wind. Last week it survived 80+ mph winds (with our own stakes). Hoping it lasts us a long time.

I purchased this trampoline for my 3 kids. One of them is a power tumbler and so it was pretty essential. Unfortunately, the mat ripped as we were putting it together. I wrote customer service and they sent me a new one with no questions asked! The trampoline has held up nicely for the last few months since we put the mat tighter. I am vey satisfied with their customer service! Thank you for being a stand up company! This trampoline has already provided so much laughter for my children!!!
