The trampoline was delivered on time. it was easy to assemble, and the safety features are above all others. The grandkids love it. Mission accomplished.

The ordering process was great. The delivery was solid with no issues with the product. One issue was trying to reach out to get spare parts to replace and arm that broke. I’ve sent multiple emails but never received feedback about the replacement part. We haven’t been able to use the trampoline for a couple weeks due to the delay. Other than this issue, everything else was solid.

I am giving them three stars because while the product itself is good (while it lasted), the customer service is horrible. It almost seems like a scam, they provide you with a phone number to call but every time you do it just says all operators are busy and to leave a message. Don’t even bother leaving a message because nobody will get back to you. And chatting with customer service online? FORGET IT! I waited an hour for someone to reach out to me and nobody ever did. I have left several messages, attempted chatting online several times and can never get ahold of a single representative. We had a tornado blow through very close to our area and while we took extra precautions making sure it was probably chained and staked into the ground, the net poles became bent and destroyed. Cannot get a hold of anybody to sort this out, all we want are replacement parts! Extremely disappointed in this company and the service they claim to provide for their customers. DO BETTER JUMPZYLLA!

My 9 year old absolutely LOVES this trampoline, and I love that he hasn't hurt himself on it. The safety features gives me a little piece of mind, and he bounces to his heart's content every day!

We love our trampoline. Our kids have so much fun on it. When we were putting up the trampoline, we noticed the net had a couple holes in it. My husband contacted customer service and we got a replacement net within a couple days. It was very easy for us! We didn't even need to send the other one back.

If you’re on the fence, take the leap! If you’re looking for a high quality form of entertainment for your kiddos look no more! I spent about 3 hours putting this together by myself, so with help you could probably cut that in half. Assembly was very straight forward and easy to understand. Now let’s talk durability, we live by the ocean, so there’s frequent storms and high winds. This trampoline has not moved an inch from where we put it, and it looks just as new as the day we got it! This thing is built really well, and they use some pretty durable materials. My son loves his trampoline, heck even I love his trampoline! I get out there and bounce around with him (I’m 5’6 115 lbs) and it feels stable the whole time. If you’re looking for a trampoline small or big, I’d recommend jumpzylla!
