JumpzyllaReviews of jumpzylla.com

I purchased this trampoline after doing a lot of research. The price plus the quality made this one a top choice for us. We've had this trampoline for about eight months now and my kids play on it almost every day. They do complain that it's not as "bouncy" as some of their friends' trampolines but I'm not sure if that's because it's a newer trampoline. They are still more than thrilled to jump on it and it keeps them entertained for hours! I only took away one star because when I first ordered the trampoline, one box was delivered and it was missing a lot of pieces. I emailed the company but never received a response. A second box was delivered a few days later with the remaining pieces so I did not pursue further but the company should be responding to emails... (there was nothing in the first box to indicate that a second box would be arriving).

We absolutely love this trampoline. It takes multiple people to put it together and definitely use the spring tool to help put the trampoline together. The only reason I am providing 4 stars, is I wish we would we have gotten the bigger trampoline. Based on the dimensions provided on the website, we went with a smaller one, but in reality it is not as big as what was described. We bought teh 12 foot trampoline and would have much rather had the bigger one, but we were concered based on needing more space for the poles. However, that is not the case.

Loved the style options initially. The ordering and shipping was easy and quick. My children have all loved the trampoline for the past year. It’s held up great through the winter. My autistic daughter who is sensory seeking loves it and it’s changed her life for the better!

Great reviews and great customer service. Fast Delivery, great product!

We knew when looking for a trampoline we wanted a higher quality compared to what you can choose from at a big box store. We did some research and liked the price point for a jumpzylla as opposed to some of the even higher end. When we put the trampoline together we could tell it was a higher quality. Our son loves his trampoline and uses it daily (when it’s nice in the Midwest). I will say we put it away during the winter to prolong the life as well. Overall, very happy and if we ever need to purchase another from Jumpzylla we will!

Our jumpzylla trampoline we ordered for the kids for Christmas has been nothing short of amazing!!! The quality is truly amazing!! Colors are vibrant and my kids LOVE it!!! We have the nicest looking trampoline in the whole neighborhood!!

We've had our trampoline for about a year now. It is in great condition still and shows no sign of wear. A bit of effort to assemble but easy to move around and the kids love it.

The trampoline has been a good experience so far. My son has enjoyed it along with relatives and friends. No safety concerns. It has held up to winter weather and windy days.
