Kids love it...Assembly was fairly simple...but the instructions made no sense...the bottom of the net didnt really have clear instructions the photos made some sense but not alot...I like the weight limit and size for the price...the mat however doesn't fully touch...not a fan of the 2 piece mat rather a 1 piece mat that meets in 1 spot, because of this their is about a 6" Gap where the mat won't touch leaving 2 springs exposed...But over all my kids are happy so im cool it with

Jumpzyla was our top choice in purchasing a family trampoline. They offered a heavy-duty, durable product, easy to assemble, and QUICK, free shipping! My husband and I set it up in a couple of hours (including strapping it down for the night), and our son was jumping the day it arrived. We got the 16' orange trampoline. The net seems secure, it zips and clips nicely for safety. Ours is on an old grain bin concrete pad, so we used metal straps and bolted the legs to the concrete. The dogs love the cool shade spot underneath. We look forward to many fun times in the years ahead on this trampoline.

nice quality at a great price. Install instructions could have been a little more clear, but very happy once it was all put together.

Shipped quickly and had a great sale. The quality of the trampoline for the price point was awesome. I got this as a Christmas gift for my kids, and it arrived on time and in good shape for Christmas. A few of the pieces were cheaply made and broke during assembly, but that isn't their fault; it was mine. However, I would love to see the netting clipped together with clips that aren't just cheap plastic clips. That is my only knock, is that I think the net is safe enough for small kids, but those clips that keep the net connected to the mat are pretty low quality.

It was easy to put together but feel it's not great quality. our last trampoline lasted 7 years so hoping to get that out of this one. So far, the wind has not been good to it. Some nuts and bolts came out and that scares me a bit.

We bought the trampoline as a Christmas present. We picked this trampoline because of the safety features like the net and the foam coverings on the poles and the low clearance to the ground so if anything that did happen, at least the children weren’t falling from a great height. The size was perfect too. We could put it in the corner of the lawn without it, taking up a majority of our usable space. We had difficulty putting it together at first, (mainly because my husband thought it was a one man job) and bent a piece of metal so bad we couldn’t connect it. We contacted the company because we destroyed a piece of the product. Sad, it was Christmas and we couldn’t use the big gift that everybody was so excited for. The piece jumpzilla customer service sent to us arrived so quickly we put it together easily with two people this time. I’m so happy I didn’t have to jump through hoops to get a piece that we destroyed replaced. It made me feel like a special customer. I didn’t have to complain. I didn’t have to cry. I didn’t have to get angry. They completely understood and treated me like a human being. I appreciated that. It’s easy to be nice to children. They’re so innocent. It’s not so easy to be nice to adults. The fact that they were nice to an adult proves high standards and they’re likely making the safest product possible for our children. My deduction anyway.

Easy to purchase, easy to set up, easy to provide hours of fun which never gets old for my grandkids, easy for me to join in the fun and spend quality time with them too!!

Jumpzylla is a great trampoline. My kids love it. I had other brands before and they didn’t last but so far I am happy with this purchase.
