We ordered a Jumpzylla trampoline and unfortunately within about a week of ordering it - it blew away and was destroyed. We reached out to customer service to see if we could get replacement parts. While they didn’t have replacement parts; they did give us money back after the purchase of a new one. Customer service exceeded my expectations! This trampoline has been great and my kids love it!

Very pleased with the trampoline. Assembly was simple and straightforward. It’s very sturdy and the net is strong enough to really increase the safety level.

I purchased 12 ft trampoline 10 months ago, easily assembled it and anchored it by four provided staples according to instructions. Trampoline was successfully used through summer and fall by my family. In the middle of March, high wind brought trampoline over the metal fence 6ft tall and pulled it 150 ft away. No surprise some metal parts of trampoline were severely damaged (luckily, not the trampoline surface and not the protective mesh). BTW I never was able to find anchoring staples since then. I sent email to the company with description of the accident along with pictures. Company promptly responded and agreed to send all damaged parts free of charge. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and how the company stands behind their product. IMPORTANT: I am sure this happened due to totally inappropriate size of four staples provided by manufacturer. Considering size and weight of the trampoline, these staples look dwarf.

The quality of the trampoline far exceeds other brands of trampolines!

We’ve had a wonderful experience! Our first trampoline didn’t survive a severe thunderstorm with tornado like winds. The company worked with us in replacing the trampoline with a partial credit. The trampoline is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The kids LOVE it. They are always outside and it keeps them active. With the large size they can play a variety of games and the net safety is a blessing. The net is also very easy to disassemble for times when we do have severe wind warnings. We’ve added extra steaks and have had no problem!

We love our purchase. Easy, quick delivery, and easy to put together. The quality is good, but this is our second trampoline purchased through Jumpzylla and the durability could be slightly better. It hasn’t been a year and our net zipper is broken and the pad over the springs is torn. Over all we are happy, but I wish it lasted longer.

The experience has been great so far, everything that was advertised is what has arrived/happened. The kids love jumping on the trampoline every day they're with us and the quality has not changed at all even with Florida weather. We have 3 kids ages 5,5,8 who jump on it. I'd highly recommend it if you're on the fence between brands. Also go up in size, we have the 14 ft and it was the right size despite feeling big.
