The trampoline is a winner! The kids are enjoying it every minute they get. We've had no issues with the trampoline and its has lived up to what ia described on their website.

Customer service has been awesome. We had a trampoline fly away in the wind and break. They helped me get a new one with a discount. We now have a new trampoline [and have it tied down :) ]. They are so responsive and care about their customers.

Great Trampoline

I chose this trampoline very intentionally. It does cost more than other options, but when it comes to my child—and their friends—I’m not willing to cut corners on safety. Trampolines are not risk-free. At best, an accident could lead to a life-changing injury; at worst, the consequences can be far more serious. That’s simply not a risk I was willing to take with a cheaper brand. What you’re paying for here is the integrity of the equipment, and that absolutely matters. The construction feels solid, and I really appreciate the safety net—something I definitely didn’t have growing up. It gives me more peace of mind knowing there’s an added layer of protection. One thing to note: the bounce is different. It doesn’t have quite as much tension as other trampolines I’ve been on, so you don’t jump as high. It felt a little strange at first, but we got used to it fairly quickly. Assembly was straightforward. It took two people about two hours, and the instructions were clear with step-by-step photos. I also liked that there were multiple color options for the ring mat, which is a nice touch. My one major gripe is the return policy. The website prominently mentions a 30-day return policy, which gave me the impression that returns were flexible. However, the fine print reveals that returns are only accepted for damaged or missing parts—and only if replacements can’t be provided. That distinction isn’t clearly communicated upfront and feels a bit misleading. When I reached out about a return, I was told I would need to cover return shipping—which, given the size of the product, would likely cost nearly as much as the trampoline itself. I’m not saying the company needs to change its policy, but it absolutely needs to be clearer so customers can make fully informed decisions. Overall, I’m happy with the product and the level of safety it provides, but the lack of transparency around returns is worth noting.

Trampoline is very well made and easy to construct. Pictures are a little off making the trampoline outer ring look solid, but it is soft. Had an issue with storm weather and trampoline was heavily damaged. Offered a discount for purchase of a new one, but was not much for having it less than a year.
