The trampoline was delivered very fast, it seems quite safe and the kids love it

My kids loved their trampoline, didn’t even last 2 years! My previous trampoline lasted 20 years. The metal rusted, leg broke & they don’t care!!

I bought a Jumpzylla trampoline for my son's family last November, and it was destroyed by a storm. I went back to Jumpzylla for a replacement, and the second purchase was just as good as the first. When it came to the warranty, they kept their word and honored it, which is more than I can say for a lot of companies. My son's family has really enjoyed the Jumpzylla brand. The safety ratings are the reason we keep coming back, and the way they handled my warranty is a big reason I'll keep buying from them. I'd recommend them to any family shopping for a trampoline.

Great trampoline so far, weight limit enough for adults to go in also. We have had it a few weeks so far.

Transaction was easy. However, waiting for replacement parts was the problem.

Great communication on purchase and delivery. An informative video for set up. I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter who lives out of state. Everything went very smoothly. My son didn’t have any trouble setting it up and she loves it!

My experience with Jumpzylla was wonderful! When researching trampolines, I came across Jumpzylla and was impressed by the reviews and mentions of "easy set-up." Once ordered, it came quickly! The assembly instructions were easy to follow and the online videos were helpful as well. I particularly liked the estimated time for each step notated in the video. The set-up was easy! It took me about an hour and 15 minutes to complete. My husband helped with the springs which helped knock that step out a little faster. My girls LOVE the trampoline. We purchased the 10ft and have a 9 and 13 year old. While it is a little smaller footprint, it works well in our yard leaving us plenty of room to play, and the trampoline is still spacious enough to jump! It was an added bonus that the pink spring cover is reversible to black just in case we ever decide to switch. Highly recommend a Jumpzylla Trampoline!
