It said if it wasn’t here by the 17th I can request a refund it is now the 18th I still do not have a package I still do not have a bumper for the jeep and you’re asking me to send it back what am I supposed to be sending back when I haven’t even received the package

When you have a superior product that sells itself and add customer service, it makes buying direct (not through Amazon) all the better. Took 1.5 hrs of ease to put together the 14' tramp.
