I always felt my content was good, presentable and q / photo wise I should be acquiring traffic.I used what I thought was the right hash tags and what most suggested but nada. Met a member at Jumper Media who explained clearly how they target my audience specifically for my industry back in 2017 and boom!!!! I'ts been great ever since. Extremely happy with their customer service, quick turn around for email responses, and complete delivery of exactly what they promised. Highly recommend to anyone needing help growing their business Instagram! Also whenever the CEO randomly calls you to make sure you are happy with the changes, you can't help but recommend them to others. Ridiculous personal touch!

I've been working with Jumpermedia about 5 months now and they've consistently delivered results as promised.

Jumpermedia is the first company that has been completely transparent with me. They do what they say and say what they do. They are really good at communicating and keeping me informed. I can sit back and relax while they pilot my growth. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I haven't been with them long enough to see the long term results yet.

Absolutely horrible experience. I never write reviews, but I just had to warn others about this company. After initial good results in 2017 and 2018, I started experiencing problems. Not only did growth and activity completely stop for many months, but my instagram account started to get warnings for using their services. When I contacted the company to ask for a refund, they flat out refused - even though their business was not doing "as the product described". I pushed pretty hard for a refund or even partial refund, thinking that was fair of me - still nothing. At best, they offered me a different product, but after a phone-discussion with one of their employees, nothing came of that either. I can't anti-recommend this company enough. Poor results and poor business practices. This company should be banned. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to see if I can file against them. Over $1,000 down the drain - and I'm even scared that they will keep charging my card when my renewal is up, even though I have requested that it be taken off file and my yearly subscription cancelled.
