The team at Jumpcut is very supportive and in-depth! My assistant "Alex" was very quick to reply with descriptive and specific feedback. The individuals at jumpcut from what I can tell from my experience are kind hearts who are thoughtful - showing that they care through their detailed descriptions and support.
