Jumbo privacy provide a great service. I had issues that related to my accounts on which they could not help from their own systems, however they have gone above beyond to assist me in other ways such as helping me understand who to contact and who to try in quick and prompt email responses.

I have feedback on the app because I really enjoy it and thought of an idea that might add too their Facebook feature. Although I'm not sure how plausible it is to actually adopt that feature in I emailed the team. I got a reply and it was beautiful to see how nice, passionate and down to earth this particular team member was. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to drop names but in case I'm not, "L" replied back like he actually thought they could go somewhere with it and was very nice about it. All in all, Jumbo team is doing great things

Jumbo is exactly the kind of service that we needed: something that actively watches for new features and changes on networks that impact your privacy, alerting you and adding functionality to manage those features, paid for by actual user subscriptions without any hidden business models or incentives. It's hard to imagine using social media without it, now.

Best app for privacy especially for people who just have basic IT knowledge. Really easy to use. A must have app in smartphones.

Jumbo is a cool, innovative product. I love the peace-of-mind that old things I've said in tweets or messages are automatically deleted from my accounts. I love how easy it was to set up and now I don't need to do much of anything to know that my privacy and security are being monitored.

I’ve never had a company respond as quickly as Jumbo. They answer all your questions in easy to understand language. It’s like emailing with a friend.
