A little context for this review might aid the reader. As a Legal Scholar I have dedicated my life to both private and public interests in privacy and intellectual property law. As a teacher I have enamored my students with the notion that privacy is power. As a consumer, I have had my own concerns for privacy in my everyday life. This application, without reservation, is a must have for anyone that takes their privacy seriously and wants to take charge of their data, their rights, and their life. As a Jumbo Pro user I have been consistently impressed not only by its features but by the incredible team behind the scenes. You need this app.

I’ve had a few questions for the support team over the last week after first installing the app. Everything was answered with timely follow ups and often pointing out other features. Love the app!! Good all around experience.

Awesome app. Simple basic and solid. No games and no BSing. They simply keep your device clean from anything that might threaten u. Think of it as your device personal buddyguard

Great service. They got back to me quickly as I was having multiple issues. All fixed up and works great.

Driving across the country I think I was one of the first users to load the new 2.6 beta last Friday July 31. I had all sorts of issues with it freezing, getting hung up, reporting strange data. I sent in a couple bug reports and was immediately contacted directly Larry Nash. Larry and the he support team spent the next few hours trying to work out the issues, and involved me at every step along the way. I believe at some point they realized I had some clue and they asked if I would continue to test with them until the issues got figured out. We were at it late into the night, then I eventually had to sign of as I had some surgery in the morning in Raleigh. Anyway it was a terrific experience for me, the team was very complimentary and I think grateful for my support and persistence. I had a few pangs of jealousy, thinking how much 'fun' you all are having putting this together and getting to work directly with individual beta testers to work out bugs. I felt grateful to be asked to help and while it may sound silly, I was pretty proud that I was able to provide some logs and show exactly what was happening to my app. I have yet to try 2.6 or 2.7 but I will get to those this week. Thank you for letting me me play a small role in the development of what is already an incredible app...when I show people the number of trackers that are being blocked every day, they are blow away. Awesome and quick response and resolution

I really how Jumbo Privacy makes it easy to set the toughest privacy settings on my social media accounts. The user interface is elegant and easy to navigate - even for me (a blind/visually impaired person). I really ❤️ the Tracker Blocker feature. It blocks more trackers than my Privacy Badger on Firefox on my desktop. The other features, like the built in VPN is an awesome feature as well as the dark web scanner.

I had a question about the tracker blocking feature. I used the support link in the app and sent in my question. Within minutes I had a response. It was well written and perfectly explained the feature and answered my questions. No back and forth necessary at all.
