Customer service response was friendly, attentive, and almost instantaneous. This kind of speed and care makes me a loyal customer.

I sleep much better knowing that Jumbo is protecting all three of my email accounts. Some of the dark web breaches they found were absolutely scary. Now Jumbo is always on the job protecting my accounts by scanning several times a day. This is the best money I spend every month.

This app is so awesome! There’s a scale where they let you pay what you can afford and, once installed, it certainly works very hard at keeping my data safe. I had a billing query and they were on it right away, so nice and polite, and when I replied I’d been mistaken, I got an email from the CEO himself, Pierre! Can you get much better than that? No! This is a JUMBO 5 star rating! If you’re smart, you’ll hop onto Jumbo, too. My previous VPN had nothing on this!

A fantastic app - really user-friendly and clearly laid out. It makes a scary subject like data privacy feel easy to manage. I have found the option to review each of my apps and support to maximise privacy in my settings really useful. I have had a childish satisfaction in watching the amount of trackers blocked go up and up (275 in 2 days!). The option to scan the dark web for data breaches is something I wanted so am pleased to have gone for the Pro Option. I like the sliding scale for payment as well and the fact they’re carbon neutral. Also, support team answered a query I had with a quick, efficient and friendly email. All in all, really pleased with this!
