I asked Jumbo Privacy to cancel my trial subscription. One of the chaps gave me a number to call but it was in USA, so I spent money calling him. He said that as I paid via Apple Pay, they could not refund me although he was sympathetic. So now I am charged £97 plus. I did tell them on Trustpilot that I did not want to subscribe, but I bought on the iPad via Apple so only they can refund me. I am a very unhappy old woman. I do not need the Service but nobody will help me. Apple earn a fortune out of apps but refuse to refund customers , so do not buy expensive items from them.

I am in the trial period and there were 7 breaches found going back to 2012 and only one this year. Most were sites I do not use. Do they charge monthly as I do not want to pay for a whole year as I am in my late 80s and not in good Health. I mainly use iPads and my iPhone. Any advice appreciated as I only have 2 days free trial left.

Update: we got a refund but not the sales tax of about 10 dollars. Better then expected. And to be a little more fair, my wife has brain problems and she might have ordered something in error. I apologize for being so negative. We live in a fallen world and I have feet of clay just like you and everyone else. The company was responsive in getting our refund. We still don't know what the product was but life is too short to get bent out of shape like I often too. God bless everyone! Promised a refund as we have no idea why or what this was. Now we have a 140 overdraft. We are both on disabiity and that was our money to last the rest of the month. Below about 5 hours ago was the CEO's promise for a full refund and I asked if he could track down how this happened. He never answered. Hello! This is Pierre. The app is slow on my iPhone 7. The phone overheats when the app is running and I don't get feedback of what is happening.

It gave a minor heart attack in the very last update.. than that I love your work..😂😂
