Awesome customer service and superb data retention and privacy practices
I contacted Jumbo about data deletion, since I’m reducing my social media footprint. They were super kind, and I appreciated from a technical perspective their above and beyond explanation of data retention and privacy practices (I am an IT engineer). Turns out, almost all data is stored on your end, with some minimal metadata on Jumbo’s side of the house. Jumbo should be an ethical model for decoupling customer data from vendor processing. Awesome work!
