Jumbo has amazing customer service! They responded very quickly and with a very real and honest answer. Love the transparency with this company and wish more companies were like them.

The support team and product team at Jumbo are spectacular. They have always responded to my questions/bugs/issues within hours, not days! They clearly follow up with all of the issues you report and if they can't solve it they put in contact (directly) with an engineer or product manager to make sure they can help you. I've never had to personally follow up, they always reach back out to me and are always proactive. They even created a community for their users to post feedback, I recommend checking it out! I've seen numerous points of my feedback be incorporated into the product within days of me reporting it, which tells me they are listening to their users and building exactly what they need! I'm a huge fan of the product, but will stay a customer because of the people at Jumbo like Silas, Pierre and ALL THE SUPPORT TEAM. Thank you for making privacy easy, cheers to future!

I've been recently having issues with the App crashing. I e-mailed the support team and the help I received was above and beyond my expectations! Although my issues have yet to be resolved, Anya C from the support team offered to keep me updated with any more information in regards to the crashing issues. I am very much appreciative of this and would like to thank the team again for all of their help.

Simple. I have a problem about ads not showing my true location. To them, I’m in Singapore. Never been there. Every add I have has something to do with Singapore. ( There are plenty of girls in Singapore who’d love to meet you. ) example. All this is frustrating. I’ve tried everything to change this, but of no avail. So I contacted you guys. But you gave me a good explanation on your part that I understand about my VPN. And i thank you. I will get with them. I’m a retired American veteran living in the Philippines.
